This is a quick overview of what to expect when working with the franchisor from the first call to discovery day. We also discuss how to conduct yourself through the process. Remember the franchise is awarded not just bought. I've seen people get turned down by the franchisor. They may think the person isn't a good fit, or not like their attitude, or maybe not a team player, or didn't conduct themselves professionally when they met. When you become a franchisee, you will represent their brand.
