We also highlight the significance of understanding the industry, company culture, and profitability of the business. We want people to make informed decisions. Working with a broker can be very beneficial. Another person's perspective with insider knowledge may see things you don't. You may think you want a sandwich shop and jump right into it not realizing profitability is much lower then expected. Look at several options, and not just in one industry. Do your homework.
